Do all bundle purchases (Individuals / Preschools) get lifetime access?
Yes, all bundle purchases include lifetime access. This ensures that your child / students can revisit the content whenever they need a quick recap, especially when transitioning to Primary One.
What age groups are included in the preschool category, and how do your resources fit in?
Preschool (in Singapore) typically serves children aged 3 to 6, with Kindergarten programs beginning at age 5. Children transition to Primary One at age 7.
The educational resources are designed for children aged 5 to 7, covering both K1 and K2 levels, as well as those transitioning to Primary One. These resources feature engaging activity sheets and interactive games that focus on expanding vocabulary, boosting literacy, and building key foundational skills.
How should I use the resources with my child or in a preschool setting?
For English, if your child / student is still learning to recognise or write the alphabet, you may want to start with simpler resources like Let’s Learn Letters. Once they’re comfortable, they can gradually move on to more thematic lessons that build on their skills.
For Chinese, if your child / student has not yet mastered the basic strokes, it’s best to begin with stroke recognition and practice. They can then progress to learning 3 to 5 stroke characters. Alternatively, you can start with the Chinese thematic lessons if preferred.
Are the resources suitable for homeschooling?
Yes, the resources are designed to be engaging, flexible, and easy to use for homeschooling. They support various learning styles and provide structured self-paced lessons for children aged 5 to 7.
How long does it take to complete a lesson?
The time it takes to finish a lesson depends on your schedule. Typically, you can complete a lesson in 1 to 2 weeks, with each session lasting around 30 minutes. The goal is to enjoy the learning process, so go at a pace that feels right for you and your child / students.
How many words / characters will my child or students learn with each bundle?
English Bundle: Completing all 8 lessons will help your child / students learn at least 100 words.
Chinese Bundle: Completing all 22 lessons will help your child / students learn at least 100 characters.
With a pace of 1 to 2 weeks per lesson, your child / students can complete the English bundle in about 3 months, and the Chinese bundle in about 6 months - a fun and manageable pace!
The key to success is consistency. By sticking to a regular learning routine, your child / students will not only get the most out of these resources, but they will also build important skills like discipline, perseverance, and a growth mindset.
For the Preschool Package, do teachers and students get access to the same set of resources?
Yes, both teachers and students will have instant access to the same set of resources through the dashboard. Each user (teacher / student) will have a different login ID and password to login to the dashboard.
The platform is designed to make learning accessible and engaging, encouraging students to explore and learn on their own anytime curiosity strikes.
Are any resources available for free?
Yes, free digital downloads and educational games are currently available! For the digital downloads, simply choose between Chinese or English resources, sign up (if you haven’t already), and enjoy downloading at no cost. More freebies will be added regularly, so be sure to check back!
Can the resources be used for commercial purpose?
Unfortunately, no. The resources are created for use within your preschool centre or personal (home) only. Enjoy!
If I have an individual account (personal use), can I use the resources for my preschool as an educator?
It's great that you're interested in sharing these resources! However, individual accounts are for personal (home) use only. To use the resources for your preschool, you’ll need to purchase a package that covers the teachers and students at your preschool.

Payment and Refund
What types of payment methods are accepted?
Various forms of payment including credit/debit card transactions, PayNow and e-invoice are accepted for your convenience.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds cannot be processed once a purchase has been made. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Print Activity Books
What is the cost of your activity book printing service?
Your printing cost will vary based on your quantity and total number of pages. Feel free to reach out for a quotation here.
What does the customisation include?
You have the option to personalise the cover page of the book. This allows you to feature your preschool's unique logo and name - adding a personal touch to the books!
What’s more, you’ll enjoy full white-label customisation. Only the logo and name of your preschool will appear on the cover page and there will be no presence of the logo of The Preschool Kit within the content.
What is the minimum order quantity?
To ensure the best value, a minimum order of 30 books (per type) is recommended.
Additionally, ordering a few extra copies is a cost-effective way to ensure you’re prepared for any new students or teachers joining your school during the course of the year.
How does a merged order work?
For a lower printing cost, you're welcome to merge your order with other preschool centres. Just make sure that each order bears the same logo and name on the cover page.
Are there any extra costs associated with delivery?
Great news - free delivery is available! In case you decide to merge orders, there's a small delivery charge of $15.00 per additional centre.
How long does it take for the order to be delivered?
The collation, proof-reading and printing of the books require a little time. Rest assured, your books will be on their way to your doorstep within 14 - 20 business days.
What are the payment terms?
The payment terms include an initial deposit of 50% upon order confirmation. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery. Various forms of payment including credit/debit card transactions, PayNow or e-invoice are accepted.
In the case of merged orders, separate payments / invoices / delivery orders are available upon request.
Do you ship internationally?
These print activity books are currently available for shipping to preschool centres located within Singapore only.
What is your refund and exchange policy?
As the books are customised, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered once an order is confirmed. However, if there is an issue with the condition of the order upon arrival, please contact support within 7 days. Every effort will be made to address the situation and ensure you’re assisted.

How does a user gain access upon purchasing any bundle?
Upon successful payment, the user will be redirected to the dashboard to access the lessons.
How do teachers and students gain access upon purchasing a preschool package?
Upon successful payment, the email addresses of your preschool's teachers and parents will be requested. They can then be added as users, granting them access to the lessons.
What should I do if I encounter issues during my onboarding or while accessing resources?
Should any hiccups occur during your onboarding or while accessing resources, don't hesitate to contact support.
